Tara Transform is invested in building a world where social justice and equality prevails. We work with clients in the development sector to advance gender equality; promote effective leadership and governance; and build a sustainable non-profit sector. Our clients include UN agencies; funders and funder intermediaries; non-profit organisations and academic institutions.

Shireen is a lawyer and social entrepreneur, highly respected for her work in the area of social justice.
She has led organisations, served in executive management roles and is an accomplished consultant with strong expertise in research, strategy, corporate governance, leadership development, financial sustainability and operations.
She has served on boards since 1999 and uses her expertise to strengthen the governance and resilience of organisations on the African continent.
Shireen is also a thought leader, having published and contributed to various journals, books, and media since 1999. She is an author, speaker and podcast contributor.
A sought-after coach, Shireen works with women leaders in the non-profit and corporate sectors. Her qualifications include a Masters degree in Law; and post graduate qualifications in Business Administration and Coaching.
Shireen founded Tara Transform in 2000 and over the years has built a solid reputation as a skilled, reliable and quality oriented service provider.
