FIX THE SYSTEM
Fix the systems and norms that perpetuate the global gender gap; and don’t pigeonhole gender equality as a women’s issue.
WOMEN & MEN
Develop workplace policies and programmes that support women as mothers and men as fathers, with sufficient paid maternity and paternity leave.
INCOME EQUALITY
Make fair pay the minimum standard, and income equality the new priority. The income gap is the difference in total wages earned by women vs. men, rather than just the wages between similar positions.
Using technology and conversations to get a full picture of the extent of gender equality.
Developing strategies that align to organisational strategy & address the gaps identified in the audit.
Assess progress on addressing gender and women’s rights; and make recommendations to strengthen impact.
Design, establish and support the structures / fora needed to support effective change.
Work with organisational and women leaders to facilitate commitment and support at the highest levels
Supporting those driving change to understand their own blind spots; and build the resilience to lead the change.
